We believe in open communication between the business owner and their most trusted advisor the CPA that is why we don't bill by the hour.  Billing by the hour causes clients to not communicate with their CPA firm because they are worried about the clock always running.  We bill a flat fee each month to our clients.  This allows the lines of communication between our office and our clients to always be open and allows the client to budget for the expense each month.  We understand nobody likes surprises. By communicating with us regularly we are able to help make money saving recommendations.
